Great, if you like maps and battles
This is a very niche little shop. That doesn't mean I don't like it, but I tend to pop in when walking by, rather than making a special trip here. It's unlikely I'll ever buy a book about ships or battles and stuff, but I love old maps and that's why I come here. It's fun to root around, but usually I'll be on my way to the Greenwich Union so won't stay very long.

Love of Knowledge
If you enjoy reading up on architecture, Engineering, Art ,Battles, and much more then Maritime books is for you, the staff are really friendly and give you time to go through the selection and pick the right choice for you. The shop is right next to Greenwich Park so if you can get a head start on you're your reading in the park.
