Always seems to miss the mark.
I've tried to get on board with this pub. But it's just not that great. The atmosphere isn't really that enticing. I'm not really sure it knows what it is. Part local boozer, part fancy pub grub, it's never quite right.
The food is great, a bit swankier than your usual pub fare, and the wine is good too. But the vibe is that of a local. It doesn't work for me, and there are so many better pubs in the area.
