I've always thought the Greenwich Dance Agency was for real dancers. Those skinny little girls in ballet pumps who could pirouette without falling over. But, then I noticed that they do evening classes and short courses as well. So I can... pirouette and fall over.

At the moment, they're doing drop-in classes in yoga, Egyptian dance (no, I don't know what it is either), contemporary dance and flamenco. There are also short courses in pilates, Capoeira, street dance and Lindy Hop.

And if Strictly Come Dancing has giving you the ballroom bug, there's classes for tradition ballroom as well as salsa and tango.

I'm off to sign myself up for a Capoeira class!
