Is Greenwich Booktime really closing down?

The 'closing down sale' signs in Greenwich Booktime make me nervous. I love that shop. It throws up some amazing literary gems at bargain prices and I don't want to see it gone.

But I'm not convinced it's as simple as that. And I'm wondering if it's not a ruse to get the tourists in. We know everything in there is around the £2 mark. The sale prices? Around the £2 mark. Nothing has changed except the signs in the window.

What do you think? Sneaky signs to get rid of old stock, or are they actually closing down? One things certain, with this sale and the one going on at Halcyon Books down the road, books are the best bargain in Greenwich at the moment.
