"A gorgeously Gothic tale of horror, lust and black magic."

Spooky days call for spooky plays.
A week before Halloween and I'm already excited by The Dead Hand. How could I not be with an intro like that? Written by Wilkie Collins, and being performed at the Greenwich Theatre
on Halloween itself, it's the perfect way to get some scares in over
the spookiest weekend of the year. Not that the rest of the year is
particularly spooky, but you know what I mean.
The story is about a hotel in Doncaster and Arthur Holliday finds
himself there for the races. With all the rooms except one full. But
that one has a deceased roommate in it, and thus kicks off the case of
the dead hand.
The play sounds great, and it's £15 for tickets on the 31st October. Go
and get a bit freaked out. And do make sure you dress up a little. Even
if it's just a pair of plastic fangs.
